We have an announcement:  The brokerage I and my team are with – Keller Williams Realty (KW) and the local ownership group that owns/operates the local Ventura county KW headquarters – are going through a transition.  The ownership group and office are transitioning today to NextHome Realty, co-founded in 2014 by James Dwiggins and Tei Baishiki.  With headquarters based in Pleasanton, California – NextHome is an up-and-comer with a forward thinking mindset that will serve us well.

The gist of what’s changing about our office is the name.  Our office location, staff, transaction coordinators, ownership and the people that comprise the nuts and bolts of the group are virtually the same.  It’s the same great group of people, just a different name on the sign.
